Digital Art Club Terms and Conditions Agreement

Welcome to Digital Art Club!

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child in our digital art classes. By completing the online registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment and Attendance:
Children must be between the ages of 6 and up to participate.
Classes are drop-in, and attendance is confirmed upon successful online payment.

2. Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
Parents or legal guardians must drop off and pick up their child for each class.
Please arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up to ensure a smooth transition.

3. Personnel Role:
Our instructors and coordinators are present to assist children during the class, ensuring a safe and focused environment.
Personnel are not responsible for transportation to or from the class.

4. Class Structure:
Classes are designed for creative digital art exploration.
Children will have access to workbooks and digital art materials to complete assigned projects.

5. Liability Waiver:
Digital Art Club is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during classes.
Parents assume full responsibility for their child's well-being during the program.

6. Emergency Procedures:
In case of a medical emergency, Digital Art Club will contact parents using the provided emergency contact information.
Parents are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date emergency contact details.

7. Behavior Expectations:
Children are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during classes.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in consequences, including removal from the class.

8. Photography and Promotion:
Digital Art Club may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
By enrolling, parents consent to the use of their child's image for promotional materials.

9. Communication:
Communication between parents and Digital Art Club will primarily be through email or phone.
Response times and contact information will be provided upon enrollment.

10. Payment and Refund Policy:
Payments are processed online through our secure payment system.
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, but exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.
